伽马刀治疗脑动静脉畸形的远期疗效分析

摘要

目的 探讨伽马刀治疗脑动静脉畸形的远期疗效.方法 对中心2010年1月—2014年1月间收治的230例AVM患者进行治疗,随机分为两组各115例,观察组给予伽马刀治疗,对照组给予血管内栓塞治疗,比较两组远期疗效. 结果 观察组畸形血管完全闭塞为61.7%,对照组畸形血管完全闭塞为22.6%,疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在临床症状改善和并发症发生方面也明显优于对照组(P<0.05). 结论 伽马刀治疗AVM远期效果显著,值得应用.%Objective To investigate the long-term efficacy of gamma knife treatment for cerebral arteriovenous malformation (AVM). Methods 230 cerebral AVM patients admitted to this center from January 2010 and January 2014 were randomized to un-dergo gamma knife treatment (the observation group, n=115) and endovascular embolization therapy (the control group, n=115), and the long-term efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The complete obliteration rate was 61.7%in the obser-vation group and 22.6% in the control group, and the former was significant higher than the latter with statistical difference, P<0.05; in terms of improvement of symptom and complication rate, the observation group was significant superior to the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Gamma knife treatment has remarkable long-term efficacy in management of cerebral AVM and is worthy of application.
