胶体金法与ELISA法检测抗CCP抗体用于诊断RA的比较研究

摘要

目的 比较两种检测抗CCP抗体方法的优劣. 方法 用胶体金法与ELISA法对患者血清进行抗CCP抗体检测,两种方法结果不符的以临床明确诊断确认. 结果 胶体金法灵敏度85%,特异性为97.5%,假阳性率2.5%,假阴性率为15%;同ELISA法比较得出阳性符合率为98.8%,阴性符合率为98.4%. 结论 两种检测方法的灵敏度和特异性无差异,均较高.%Objective To compare two methods to determine anti-CCP antibody for diagnosis of RA. Methods The serum anti-CCP antibody was detected with methods of GICA and ELISA, and their respective sensitivity and specificity were compared and the results were confermed with the clinical diagnosis. Results The sensitivity and specificity of anti-CCP antibody with the method of GICA were 85%, 97.5%. The false-positive and false-negative were 2.5%, 15%. The rates of positive and negative co-incidences were 98.8%, 98.4%, respectively compaired with ELISA. Conclusions The sensitivity and specificity difference of two methods had no statistical significance.
