蓝润医用愈肤生物膜膏剂活性敷料治疗湿疹的疗效探讨

摘要

Objective Through to the patients with eczema use observation LanRun medical healing skin biofilm dressings paste activity for auxiliary treatment,observation LanRun medical healing skin biofilm dressings paste activity clinical treatment effect for the treatment of eczema. Methods In February 2014 to Februay 2015 and dermatological department of our hospital, 204 cases of eczema patients as the research object of this study,after allowing patients,204 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group 104 examples,the control group,100 cases of the patients in the treatment group use LanRun medical skin biofilm dressings paste activity and fluticasone propionate ointment treatment,2 times/d; Of 100 patients in control group separately using fluticasone propionate ointment ointment,2 times/d.Two groups using course of 1 week.Results Treatment group in the treatment of patients with effective rate was 86.5%,the control group in the treatment of patients with effective rate of 68%,thus, the curative ef-fect of patients in treatment group than the control group patients curative effect is more significant,the more similar between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=4.011,P<0.05). Conclusion The research data shows that use LanRun medical healing skin biological membrane in patients with eczema cream active dressing treatment,treatment effect is remarkable not only,also can help improve the quality of life,be worth clinical promotion.%目的：通过对湿疹患者使用观察蓝润医用愈肤生物膜膏剂活性敷料进行辅助治疗,观察蓝润医用愈肤生物膜膏剂活性敷料治疗湿疹的临床治疗效果。方法将2014年2月-2015年2月就诊于该院皮肤科的204例湿疹患者作为该次观察研究的对象,经患者允许后,将204例患者随机分成两组,治疗组104例,对照组100例,对治疗组中的患者使用蓝润医用愈肤生物膜膏剂活性敷料和丙酸氟替卡松软膏进行治疗,2次/d；对对照组中的100例患者单独使用丙酸氟替卡松软膏软膏,2次/d。两组使用疗程1周。结果治疗组患者的治疗有效率为86.5%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为68%,由此可见,治疗组患者的疗效要比对照组患者的疗效要更为显著,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.011,P<0.05)。结论研究数据结果显示,对湿疹患者使用蓝润医用愈肤生物膜膏剂活性敷料进行治疗,不仅治疗效果显著,还能帮助患者提高生活质量,具有临床治疗推广的价值。
