The ointment applier has a hole provided parallel or in angle towards main axis and is molded on a lower side (1) of an applier. The hole has a female thread for mounting a male thread on a neck of a tube (7). Another hole is provided parallel or in another angle towards main axis and is molded on the lower side of the applier. A spike is provided for a tube membrane and is molded in the middle of the latter hole. A third hole is optionally molded in the lower side of the applier, where a soft elastic slit valve (16) is arranged at an outer end of the third hole.
