目的：探讨2.1%联苯苄唑乳膏对体股癣及手足癣的临床效果判断。方法整群选择该院2012年4月-2014年3月收治的76例体股癣及手足癣患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组38例，采取1%硝酸咪康唑乳膏治疗，观察组38例行2.1%联苯苄唑乳膏治疗，对两组患者治疗后效果进行判断。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.11%，对照组为73.68%，观察组显著疗效较对照组高(P<0.05)；治疗后对两组患者不良反应发生情况观察，对照组为13.16%，观察组为10.53%，差异无统计学意义(P跃0.05)。结论对手足癣及体股癣，采取2.0%联苯苄唑乳膏治疗的安全性高，有满意效果，且具有较高安全性，能被患者所接受，值得临床推广。%Objective To probe into the clinical effects of 2.1% Bifonazole Cream in the treatment of tinea manus and pedis and tinea cruris and tinea corporis. Methods 76 patients suffered from the tinea manus and pedis and tinea cruris and tinea corporis and accepted treatments in our hospital from April 2012 to March 2014 were taken as the research objects, and these patients were randomly divided into the control group (38 cases) were treated with the 1% miconazole nitrate cream and the observation group with 38 cases while they were treated with the 2.1%bifonazole cream, Then, the treatment effects of these two groups of pa-tients were judged. Results The response rate in the observation group was 92.11%and the response rate in the control group was 73.68%, and the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05);In addition, af-ter the treatment,the incidence of adverse reaction of these two groups of patients were observed, the control group was 13.16%and the observation group was 10.53%, the difference was not statistically significance (P>0.05). Conclusion The 2.1%bifonazole cream in the treatment of tinea manus and pedis and tinea cruris and tinea corporis are higher security, which have satisfactory ef-fect, and high safety, it can be accepted by patients, thus should be promoted in the clinical application.
