目的：探讨健康教育对哮喘患儿的作用及效果。方法整群选择2013年2月—2014年1月期间该院医治的144例哮喘患儿为研究对象，随机分为治疗组72例和对照72例，对照组给予哮喘常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上进行健康教育。评价两组患儿的治疗效果。结果治疗组患儿的疾病及预防知识、自我监测知识、用药知识、急救处理知识评分、用药依从性有效率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组的患儿出院后1年内发作次数、急诊就诊次数和住院次数均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论健康教育可以提高哮喘患儿对疾病的认知水平、用药依从性和临床疗效，减少复发，提高患儿的生存质量。%Objective To explore the effect of health education on children with asthma and the effect of. Conclusion Health education can improve the cogni-tive level of children with asthma disease, medication compliance andclinical curative effect, reduce recurrence and improve the life quality of children.
