目的：探讨经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果。方法该研究随机选取了该院2013年10月—2014年10月期间来治疗的80例胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者作为研究对象，把80例患者随机分成观察组和对照组，每组40例患者。给予对照组保守治疗，观察组经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗，比较观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者疼痛、躯体功能以及日常活动明显优于对照组；观察组治疗有效率97.5%，对照组治疗有效率87.5%，观察组明显优于对照组。两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗腰椎压缩性骨折临床效果显著，应临床推广。%Objective To study the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fractures. Methods 80 patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures treated in our hospital between October 2013 and October 2014 were selected as the research object and divided randomly into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Con-servative treatment was given to patients in the control group, and percutaneous vertebroplasty was performed on patients in the observation group. Treatment effects of the two groups were studied. Results The observation group of patients' pain, physical function and daily activity is superior to control group; Group therapy effectiveness 97.5%, control group treatment effectiveness 87.5%, observation group is better than the control group. The differences between the two groups (P < 0.05), there is statistical significance. Conclusion Percutaneous puncture vertebral plasty treatment clinical effect is remarkable, lumbar vertebral compres-sion fractures should be clinical promotion.
