Objective To percutaneous vertebroplasty to be explored in thoracolumbar compression fracture in treatment. Methods 48 cases of implementation of percutaneous puncture vertebral body forming in the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fracture patients were chosen from January 2013 to December in our hospital, for patients to carry out treatment process, in X-ray fluoroscopy under, impermeable to X-ray bone cement into liquid and application of injector in certain pressure value under uniform, slow, gentle will be injected into the vertebral body lesions in patients. Results For patients with treatment, all the patients after angioplasty recent analgesic effect is good, after a year of follow-up for patients to carry out the and found no vertebral exist further compression phenomenon, no serious complications were seen in 1 case. Conclusion In the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fracture patients in the course of treatment, application of percutaneous puncture vertebral angioplasty to carry out treatment, have good analgesic effect and clinical efficacy.%目的：对经皮穿刺椎体成形术在胸腰椎压缩性骨折中的治疗效果予以探讨。方法随机选取我院2013年1～12月收治的48例实施经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗的胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者，在为患者开展治疗的过程中，在 X 线透视之下，将不透 X 线的骨水泥调成液状，应用注射器在一定的压力值之下匀速、缓慢、轻柔的将其注入到患者病变的椎体中间。结果为患者实施治疗之后，所有患者成形术后近期的止痛疗效都是比较好的，在为患者开展一年的随访之后，没有发现椎体存在进一步的压缩现象，没有1例患者出现严重的并发症。结论在胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者的治疗过程中，应用经皮穿刺椎体成形术开展治疗，具有良好的止痛效果与临床疗效。
