剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩方式及分娩结局的临床报道

摘要

目的：探讨分析剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩方式及分娩结局的临床情况。方法随机选取该院2014年1-12月间收治的80例剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩孕妇，将其中56例再次剖宫产孕妇作为观察组，将其中24例阴道分娩孕妇作为对照组。观察比较两组的产后出血量、住院时间、并发症发生率。结果观察组产后出血量、住院时间、并发症发生率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫产术后再次妊娠分娩方式可选择剖宫产，条件符合者可在严密监护下进行阴道试产。%Objective To study the analysis of the outcome of the pregnancy childbirth way and again after cesarean section deliv-ery clinical situations.Methods Our hospital between January - December 2014 80 cases of pregnancy childbirth pregnant again after cesarean section, in which 56 cases of cesarean section again pregnant women as observation group, 24 cases of vaginal de-livery of pregnant women as control group.
