优质护理服务在62例老年性脑梗塞护理中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的：研究优质护理服务对老年性脑梗塞患者的临床应用效果。方法采用对照研究的方式对2013年6月—2014年6月该院收治的62例老年性脑梗塞患者展开研究，将其以不同的护理方式划分为观察组（31例，优质护理服务）和对照组（31例，常规护理），分析比较两种护理方式的优劣。结果护理后两组患者对护理总满意率比较χ2=13.01，在NIHSS评分、FUGL-MEYER评分以及Barthel指数评分的比较上t=4.96、5.37、4.25；差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论优质护理可促进老年性脑梗塞患者大脑神经及运动功能的恢复，改善其生活质量，提高护理满意度，具有较高的临床使用价值。%Objective To study the application effect of high-quality nursing service on elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The method of control study was used to study the 62 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted in the Inpatient Department from June 2013 to June 2014. The patients were divided into the observation group (31 cases) and the control group(31 cases), treated by high-quality nursing service and conventional nursing, respectively. And the advantages and disadvantages of the two nursing methods were analyzed and compared. Results After nursing, the comparison of the overall nursing satisfaction between the two groups showed χ2=13.01, the comparison of NIHSS score, FUGL-MEYER score and the Barthel index score showed t=4.96, 5.37,4.25,The difference wes statisticany significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with cerebral infarction, high-quality nursing can promote the recovery of brain nerve and motor function, improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction, so it has high value of clinical use.
