Objective To explore Thymopentin and conventional anti-TB drug treatment-na?ve sputum positive clinical results. Methods Data were randomly selected in June 2012 -2014 our hospital June 95 newly diagnosed sputum positive pulmonary tu-berculosis patients were randomized into the study group and the control group, the control group underwent conventional anti-TB drugs, the study group on the basis of the thymus up pentapeptide treatment, analyze the effect of the two groups. Results Study group after two months of treatment sputum negative rate was higher, focus absorption rate of 97.92 percent higher than 79.60%, a significant difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); CD3 +(0.73±0.08) after treatment , CD4 + (0.52 ± 0.06), CD4 + / CD8+(1.68±0.24) levels were higher, a significant difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Thymopentin antituber-culosis drug therapy combined with conventional sputum positive pulmonary tuberculosis initial treatment efficacy, the lesions can significantly promote the absorption, increase pathogen negative rate.%目的：探究胸腺五肽和常规抗结核药物治疗初治菌阳肺结核的临床效果。方法资料随机选取2012年6月—2014年6月该院收治的95例初治菌阳肺结核患者，随机分为研究组与对照组，对照组行常规抗结核药物治疗，研究组在此基础上行胸腺五肽治疗，分析两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后2个月痰菌转阴率高于对照组，病灶吸收率97.92%高于对照组79.60%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后CD3+(0.73±0.08)、CD4+(0.52±0.06)、CD4+/CD8+(1.68±0.24)水平均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论胸腺五肽联合常规抗结核药物治疗初治菌阳肺结核疗效确切，可显著促进病灶吸收，提高致病菌转阴率。
