不同乙型肝炎病毒e抗原表达的慢性乙型肝炎患者T细胞亚群水平差异性分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the level of T cell subsets in patients with chronic hepatitis B with different expression of hepatitis B virus e antigen. Methods 65 cases of chronic hepatitis B in our hospital from October 2014 to December 2015 were selected. According to the expression of HBeAg, 30 cases were divided into the negative group, 35 cases in the posi-tive group. Compared the two groups of CD3, CD4, CD, CD4CD25 percentage. Results HBeAg positive groupCD8 (31.2 ± 5.6)%, CD4CD25 (31.8±5.5)%higher than the negative groupCD8 (27.6±5.3)%、 CD4CD25 (28.6±4.7)%, the difference was statistically significant(t=2.6595、2.5293,P=0.0078、0.0114).Conclusion There was a significant difference in the level of T lymphocytes in the patients with chronic hepatitis B with different HBeAg expression, and the positive expression of HBeAg was more significant.%目的：分析不同的乙型肝炎病毒e抗原(HBeAg)表达的慢性乙型肝炎患者T细胞亚群水平差异。方法选择2014年10月—2015年12月于黑龙江省大庆市第二医院就诊的慢性乙型肝炎患者65例。根据HBeAg的表达分为阴性组30例，阳性组35例。比较两组CD3、CD4、CD、CD4CD25百分率。结果 HBeAg阳性组CD8(31.2±5.6)%、CD4CD25(31.8±5.5)%高于阴性组高于阴性组CD8(27.6±5.3)%、CD4CD25(28.6±4.7)%，差异均有统计学意义（t=2.6595、2.5293，P=0.0078、0.0114）。结论不同HBeAg表达的慢性乙型肝炎患者T淋巴细胞水平差异有统计学意义，且HBeAg表达阳性者更为显著。
