目的：探讨Orem自理理论在产科产后护理中的临床应用效果。方法随机选取2014年6月—2015年6月期间来该院进行住院分娩的产妇100例作为研究对象,将入组产妇按照知情同意原则,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组包含50例研究对象。观察组产妇和对照组产妇产后分别给予传统护理模式护理干预和Orem自理理论护理模式护理干预。结果观察组产妇产后0~24 h自行床上活动率、25~48 h自行下床活动率及49~72 h完全自理率均显著高于对照组产妇,P<0.05组间比较差异具有统计学意义。观察组产妇产后0~24 h、25~48 h及49~72 h新生儿护理能力均显著高于对照组产妇,P<0.05组间比较差异有统计学意义。观察组产妇的产后临床护理满意度为98.0%,对照组产妇的产后临床护理满意度为82.0%,P<0.05组间比较差异有统计学意义。结论 Orem自理理论应用于产妇产后的临床护理干预中,能够显著提高产妇产后自理能力、新生儿护理能力及产后护理满意度。%Objective To study the clinical effects of orem self-care theory applied to the postpartum care. Methods 100 puerperants underwent hospitalized delivery in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the subjects and randomized into the observation group and the control group in accordance with the informed consent of the puerperants, 50 cases in each group. The control group were given traditional nursing intervention, and the observation group were given the orem self-care theory nursing intervention. Results The rate of independent activity in the bed 0~24 h after delivery, rate of independent out-of-bed activity 25~48 h after delivery, full self-care rate 49~72 h after delivery in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group, respectively, with statistically significant difference, P<0.05. The ability for nursing newborns 0~24 h, 25~48 h 49~72 h after delivery in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group, respectively, with statistically significant difference, P<0.05. The postpartum maternal satisfaction with clinical nursing was 98.0%in the observation group, and 82.0%in the control group, with statistically significant difference between the two groups, P<0.05. Conclusion The orem self-care theory applied to the clinical postpartum nursing intervention, can significantly improve the postpartum self-care ability, the ability for nursing newborns and post-postpartum care satisfaction.
