Objective To discuss the clinical effect of fixed injection of rectal mucosa ranks and thiersch in treatment of rectal prolapse. Methods 68 cases of patients with rectal prolapse treated in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2015 were randomly selected and divided into two groups with 34 cases in each according to the different operative plans, the control group received injection of sclerosing agent combined with thiersch, the observation group received fixation of rectal mucosa ranks combined with thiersch, the clinical treatment effect of the two groups was retrospectively analyzed. Results The total clinical treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group (100.00% vs 79.41%),the difference was obvious (P<0.05), the difference in the occurrence of complications between the two groups was not obvious (P>0.05). Conclusion The fixation of rectal mucosa ranks combined with thiersch in treatment of rectal prolapse has an obvious effect, which can effectively relieve the patient’s pains and promote the improvement of the patient’s quality of life, and it is suggested to be further promoted in clinic.%目的：探讨采用直肠粘膜排列固定注射术联合肛门环缩术对直肠脱垂进行治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取该院2013年1月—2015年5月期间收治的直肠脱垂患者68例，按照手术方案不同将其分为对照组(34例)和观察组(34例)，其中对照组患者行硬化剂注射联合肛门环缩术，观察组患者则接受直肠粘膜排列固定术联合肛门环缩术，对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率(100.00%)明显高于对照组(79.41%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者的并发症发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用直肠粘膜排列固定术联合肛门环缩术治疗直肠脱垂，效果显著，可有效减轻患者痛苦，促进其生活质量的提高，建议在临床上进一步推广。
