目的：探讨利培酮对康复期精神分裂症患者情感障碍的改善作用。方法整群选取2014年1月-2015年6月该院收治的精神分裂症康复期患者86例,作为研究对象。所有患者均接受利培酮治疗,并于治疗前后采用威斯康辛卡片分类法(WCST)及阴阳性症状量表(PANSS)评价康复期精神分裂症患者认知功能及情感障碍改善情况。结果86例患者治疗后WCST评分中总测验次数、正确反应次数、持续错误数、非持续错误数及分类数较治疗前明显改善,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义；治疗后PANSS评分中阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理及总分与治疗前比较存在显著差异,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论康复期精神分裂症患者应用利培酮可有效改善患者情感障碍及认知功能,疗效显著,具有应用及推广价值。%Objective To study the improvement effect of risperidone on affective disorder in patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitative period. Methods 86 cases of patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitative period treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the research object and all patients received risperidone treatment, and the cog-nitive function and improvement of affective disorder of patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitative period were evaluated before and after treatment according to the Wisconsin Card Sorting Method (WCST) and positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS). Results The total trials, right reaction times, perseverative errors, non-persistence errors and numbers of categories in WCST score of the 86 cases of patients after treatment were obviously improved compared with those before treatment P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant; the positive symptom, the negative symptom, general psy-chopathology and total score in PANSS score after treatment were obviously different from those before treatment, P<0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of Risperidone in treatment of patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitative period can effectively improve the patient’s affective disorder and cognitive function, the cu-rative effect is obvious, which is worthy of application and promotion.
