以阳离子交换树脂(NKC-9)为催化剂,以异丁酸和异戊醇为原料合成异丁酸异戊酯.考察了原料配比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量、反应时间等因素对反应的影响.通过正交实验确定制备工艺条件:n(异戊醇):n(异丁酸)=2.0:1,NKC-9催化剂用量为异丁酸和正丁醇总质量的5%,m(甲苯):m(异丁酸)=1.9:1,反应温度≤125℃,反应时间3.5h,在该条件下异丁酸的转化率达到99.3%.催化剂重复使用5次后,异丁酸的转化率为96.7%.%Synthesis of isoamyl isobutyrate from isobutyric acid and isoamyl alcohol by cation exchange resin ( NKC -9) was studied.The effects of reaction conditions such as mole ratio of isoamyl alcohol to isobutyric acid, NKC - 9 catalyst dosage and reaction time were examined.The optimum reaction conditions were: mole ratio of n ( isoamyl alcohol): n ( isobutyric acid) = 2.0: 1; cation exchange resin ( NKC - 9) as catalyst dosage at 5.0% of the total mass of isobutyric acid and isoamyl alcohol; mass ratio of m (toluene) : m ( isobutyric acid) = 1.9: 1; reaction temperature, ≤125℃; reaction time, 3.5 h.Under the above conditions, the conversion rate of isobutyric acid was up to 99.3%.The activity of the catalyst was still 96.7% after its being used for 5 times.
