紫苏挥发油的共水蒸馏提取工艺研究

摘要

以干紫苏叶粉末为原料，在单因素试验基础上采用正交试验对共水蒸馏法提取紫苏挥发油的提取工艺条件进行优化，结果表明，紫苏挥发油的最佳提取工艺条件为：NaCl浓度4%，浸泡时间1 h，蒸馏时间5 h，料液比1∶6。%On the basis of single factor experiment,or thogonal experiment were used to optimize the extraction condition of volatile oil from the leaves of Perilla by water distillation.The results showed that the optimum conditions from extracting volatile oil from Perilla leaves were:4%NaCl,immersion time 1 hour,distillation time 5 hour,and solid-liquid ratio 1∶6.
