高纤维低氮低磷饲粮添加酶制剂对肉仔鸡氮磷排泄量的影响

     

摘要

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of high fiber low nitrogen and low phosphorus diets supplemented with compound enzyme on nitrogen and phosphorus excretion of broilers.A total of three hundred and sixty 1-d-old AA broilers were distributed in a completely randomized experimental design into 4 treatments with 6 replicate of 15 each.The experimental diets were as follows:(1)control diet,corn and soybean meal formulated with normal levels of crude fiber,nitrogen and phosphorus;(2)treatmentⅠ,high fiber low nitrogen and low phosphorus;(3)treatmentⅡ,similar to control diet with the addition of 200 mg/kg enzyme;(4)treatmentⅢ,similar to treatmentⅠwith the addition of 200 mg/kg enzyme.The results showed that:average daily gain of treatment Ⅲ was 0.02% higher than that of control group (P >0.05),nitrogen and phosphorus excretion were decreased by 23.92%(P<0.05) and 23.62(P < 0.05).In conclusion,com-pared with corn-soybean meal diet,high fiber low nitrogen and low phosphorus diets had no significant effect on growth performance of broilers,but significantly decreased the excretion amount of nitrogen and phosphorus.%为研究高纤维低氮低磷饲粮中添加复合酶制剂对肉仔鸡氮磷排泄的影响,本试验选择360只1日龄AA健康肉仔鸡,随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,粗纤维、氮、磷为常规含量;试验Ⅰ组(负对照组)饲喂玉米-豆粕-核桃粕型高纤维低氮低磷饲粮;试验Ⅱ组在基础饲粮的基础上添加200 mg/kg复合酶;试验Ⅲ组在试验Ⅰ组基础上添加200 mg/kg复合酶。结果表明,试验全期(1~6周龄),试验Ⅲ组肉仔鸡的日增重比对照组增加0.02%(P>0.05);试验Ⅲ组粪便中氮排泄量降低23.92%(P<0.05),磷排泄量降低23.62%(P<0.05)。由此可见,高纤维低氮低磷饲粮添加复合酶,不会影响肉仔鸡正常的生产性能,可有效降低氮磷排泄量。
