低小麦饲粮中添加酶制剂对肉仔鸡生产性能及养分消化利用的影响

     

摘要

为了评估添加非淀粉多糖(NSP)酶、蛋白酶和淀粉酶对肉仔鸡生产性能和养分消化利用的影响,采用单因素完全随机试验设计,选取600只1日龄 AA+肉仔鸡,随机分为6组,每组10个重复,每重复10只鸡(公母各半),分别进行基础日粮对照组(Ⅰ)、基础日粮+125 g/t Porzyme 9302(Ⅱ)、基础日粮+250 g/t Porzyme 9302(Ⅲ)、基础日粮+100 g/t Axtra XB(Ⅳ)、基础日粮+150 g/t Axtra XB(Ⅴ)和基础日粮+500 g/t Avizyme 1502(Ⅵ)6种饲粮饲喂试验.试验分前期(0~21日龄)和后期(22~42日龄)两个阶段.结果表明:与对照Ⅰ组相比较,Ⅵ组前期料肉比显著降低(P<0.05),后期加酶组Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ料肉比分别降低0.03、0.03、0.05、0.03和0.04,但均未达到显著性水平(P>0.05).Ⅲ组和Ⅵ组干物质消化率、Ⅱ组前期干物质利用率均显著提高(P<0.05).Ⅵ组后期氮的利用率有提高的趋势(P=0.056).Ⅱ组前期表现代谢能值显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.05).Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组后期表现代谢能值显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组、Ⅴ组和Ⅵ组较Ⅰ组表现代谢能值分别提高0.16 MJ/kg、0.04 MJ/kg和0.14 MJ/kg(P>0.05).Ⅴ组消化能有提高的趋势(P=0.104).结果显示:在低小麦含量(15%)的玉米-小麦-豆粕型饲粮中添加 NSP酶、蛋白酶和淀粉酶可改善肉仔鸡的生产性能和养分消化利用率,且生产前期添加效果优于后期.%The experiment was conducted with 600 days old Arbor Acres chicks to evaluate the effects of NSP enzymes,amylase and protease supplementation on performance and nutrient utilization of broilers fed with low level wheat soybean based diets.The chicks were grouped randomly into 6 treatments,with 10 replicates per treatment and 10 chicks per replicate.Six diets were included in the trial and the details were:control (Ⅰ),Ⅰ+ 125 g/t Porzyme 9302(Ⅱ),Ⅰ+ 250 g/t Porzyme 9302(Ⅲ),Ⅰ+ 100 g/t Axtra XB (Ⅳ),Ⅰ+ 150 g/t Axtra XB(Ⅴ)andⅠ+ 500 g/t Avizyme 1502(Ⅵ).The trial was lasted for 42 days,and included starter (0~21 d)and finisher (22~42 d)two periods.The results showed that groupⅥ was low-er at F/G than that of group Ⅰat starter(P<0.05),and F/G of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ was decreased by 0.03,0.03,0.05,0.03 and 0.04(P>0.05),respectively.DM digestibility of both group Ⅲ and Ⅵ was significant improved compared to group Ⅰ(P<0.05),and the same case for the DM utilization of group Ⅱ(P<0.05).N utilization of group Ⅵ was increased by enzyme supplementation(P=0.056).Group Ⅱ was higher at AME than that of group Ⅰ and Ⅳ(P<0.05),and the AME value of group Ⅱ and Ⅳ was signifi-cant higher than that of control(P<0.05).The AME value of group Ⅲ,Ⅴand Ⅵ was improved by 0.16, 0.04 and 0.14 MJ/kg at finisher,respectively(P>0.05).IDE of group Ⅴ was improved as well(P=0. 104).Supplemented with NSP enzymes,protease and amylase improve the growth performance and nutri-ents digestion and utilization of broilers fed diet containing1 5% wheat,and the starter was better than that of finisher.
