白酒糟TMR颗粒饲粮对育肥山羊血液生化指标及瘤胃发酵的影响

     

摘要

为研究白酒糟TMR颗粒饲粮对育肥山羊血液生化指标及瘤胃发酵的影响,采用t-配对试验设计,将32只黔北麻羊育肥羊分为2组,对照组与处理组.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,处理组饲喂白酒糟TMR颗粒饲粮.试验共持续70 d,包括10 d预饲期和60 d正式期,正式期分为3个阶段,每个阶段20 d.测定指标包括血浆葡萄糖(Glu)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、肌酐(Cr)和瘤胃pH、纤维素酶活(微晶纤维素酶、羧甲基纤维素酶、纤维二糖酶、木聚糖酶)、挥发性脂肪酸浓度.结果显示:(1)处理组与对照组相比,血浆Glu水平提高了25.5%,差异显著(P<0.05);两组TC、TG、Cr数值均在正常范围,差异不显著(P>0.05).(2)处理组与对照组瘤胃pH差异不显著(P>0.05),处于正常范围;两组微晶纤维素酶、羧甲基纤维素酶、纤维二糖酶、木聚糖酶均差异不显著(P>0.05);处理组乙酸、丙酸、挥发性脂肪酸浓度均高于对照组,分别高出11.03%、15.86%、11.74%(P<0.05);丁酸和乙酸两组间数值差异较小,差异不显著(P>0.05).由此可见,白酒糟TMR颗粒饲粮可提高育肥山羊机体能量水平,对其余血液生化指标无负面影响,也未对黔北麻羊育肥山羊瘤胃发酵产生有害影响,为生产实践推广应用提供了技术积累.%The purpose of this experiment was to evaluate the effect of total mixed ration(TMR)granule feed mixed with liquor distiller's grains on blood biochemical indices and rumen fermentation of finishing goats. The t-matching test design was adopted and 32 Qianbei miscellaneous-color goats were divided into control group and treatment group.Control group was fed with basic diet,and treatment group was fed with TMR gran-ule feed mixed with liquor distiller's grains.Experimental duration last for 70 d with 10-day adaptation and 60-day trialduration which was divided into 3 stages with each of 20 d.Plasma glucose(Glu),total cholesterd(TC), triglyceride(TG),creatinine(Cr)and rumen fermentation parameters were measured during the test period.The results showed that:(1)The level of plasma Glu in treatment group was higher than that of control group,and it increased by 25.5%(P < 0.05); and there was no significant difference in TC,TG and Cr levels(P > 0.05). (2)There was no significant difference in rumen pH between the treatment group and the control group(P >0.05), which was in presented in the normal range.Ruminal concentrations of microcrystalline cellulase, car-boxymethyl cellulase,cellobiase and xylanase were unaffected by dietary treatment(P>0.05).Ruminal levels of acetic acid, propionic acid and volatile fatty acid in the treatment group was 11.03%,15.86% and 11.74% higher than the control group(P<0.05).Dietary treatment did not show difference for ruminal butyric acid and acetic acid level(P > 0.05).It was indicated that the TMR granule feed mixed with liquor distiller's grains could improve the energy level of finishing goat,and there were no negative effect on blood biochemical indices and rumen fermentation,thus it could be applicated in the practice.
