不同比例白酒糟对育肥山羊生产性能、血清指标及瘤胃发酵的影响

     

摘要

本试验采用不同添加比例的白酒糟等量替换豆秸,以确定山羊育肥期饲粮中白酒糟的适宜添加比例.选用年龄(4月龄)、体重[(21.56±1.21) kg]相近的公山羊32只,随机分为4组,每组8只,用白酒糟分别替代全混合日粮中0(对照)、8%、15%、25%的豆秸.育肥90 d后屠宰,测定山羊生产性能、血清指标、屠宰性能、胴体品质及瘤胃发酵的影响.结果表明:15%组山羊的平均净增重、平均日增重最高,料重比最低,经济效益最佳,并且与对照组差异显著(P<0.05).8%、15%组的血清胆固醇含量均显著高于对照组和25%组(P<0.05).15%组的血清生长激素、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ、胰岛素、甲状腺素含量均显著高于对照组和25%组(P<0.05).15%组的胴体重、睾丸重、肺脏重、肝脏重、瓣胃重、皱胃重显著高于对照组和25%组(P<0.05).各组间肌肉pH、pH24h、失水率、熟肉率、瘤胃重和瘤胃液pH均无显著差异(P>0.05).15%、25%组的瘤胃液氨态氮浓度无显著差异(P>0.05),但均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).由此得出,山羊育肥期饲粮白酒糟的最适添加比例为15%.%This experiment was conducted to use different proportions of distillers' grains to equivalently replace beanstalk,so as to determine the optimal supplemental level of distillers' grains in diets of growing goats.Thirty two four-month-old goats [(21.56± 1.21) kg] were randomly assigned to 4 groups (n =8).Beanstalk in total mixed rations of 4 groups were equivalently replaced by distillers' grains at 0 (control),8%,15% and 25%,respectively.Goats were slaughtered after feeding for 90 d to determine the indices of performance,serum indices,slaughter performance,meat quality and rumen fermnentation.The results showed as follows:15% group had the highest average net gain and average daily gain,the best economic benefit and the lowest feed/ gain,which were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Serum cholesterol content in 8% and 15% groups was significantly higher than that in control group and 25% group (P<0.05).Serum growth hormone,insulin-like growth factor Ⅰ,insulin and thyroxine contents in 15% group were significantly higher than those in control group and 25% group (P<0.05).The weights of carcass,testicles,lung,liver,omasum and abomasum in 15% group were significantly higher than those in control group and 25% group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in pH,pH24,water loss rate and cooked meat rate of muscle,as well as rumen weight and rumen fluid pH among groups (P>0.05).Rumen fluid ammonia nitrogen concentration in 15% and 25% groups were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05),but there was no significant differences among the two experimental groups (P>0.05).In general,diet supplemented with 15% distillers' grains has the best effects for goats during the period of growing.
