污泥蛋白质提取及作为动物饲料添加剂营养安全性研究

摘要

This paper reviewed the influence of excess sludge on environment,the conventional application of excess sludge,the common method of extracting excess sludge protein and the feasibility and safety analysis of the remaining sludge protein extract as the feed additive. It showed that the sludge protein can be used as the source of animal protein feed and relief the problems of protein feed shortage in animal husbandry of China. At the same time,we need to continuously optimize the method of extraction sludge protein to make better use of the resource.%本文通过介绍污泥对环境的影响、污泥的常规应用、提取污泥蛋白质的常见方法及污泥蛋白提取后作为饲料添加剂的可行性及安全性分析,由此表明,污泥蛋白可以作为动物蛋白质饲料的来源,减缓我国畜禽业蛋白质饲料缺乏的现状,同时,需要我们不断的优化污泥蛋白的提取方法,更好地利用这一资源.
