Under the perspective of cognitive diagnosis assessment, the paper induces the development venation of modem theory of education measurement, and points out cognitive Psychology contributions to educational and psychological measurement. Cognitive diagnosis assessment is the result of cognitive Psychology and Measurement. Also we work at the review of the application research status of cognitive diagnosis models. Finally, we proceed the evaluation and perspective on the significance of the application research, in which the theory of cognitive diagnosis assessment used in the practice of basic education evaluation.%本文以认知诊断评价理论为视角,归纳了现代教育测量理论的发展脉络,指出了认知,心理学对教育与心理测量的主要贡献;认知诊断评价是心理学和测量学相结合的结果;对国内外的认知诊断模型的应用研究现状做了评述,并对认知诊断评价理论应用在基础教育评价实践中的意义进行评价和展望。
