环保机械产品表面加工质量的控制

摘要

在环保产品的机械加工件中，零部件的失效往往都是从表面开始，零部件的表面加工质量直接影响着机械加工件的工作性能，甚至影响着产品的使用寿命。影响机械加工表面质量的因素有很多，包括切削条件、磨削加工等，文章对这些因素进行了简要分析，并提出了针对这些影响因素的控制措施。%The surface process quality of the spare parts makes a direct impact on the working capability of the machinery process parts and the use life of the products in the machinery process parts of environmental protection products. There are many factors which affect the surface quality of machinery process. The paper analyzes the above-mentioned factors and puts forward the control measures on these affected factors.
