面向学科核心素养的高中信息技术课程评价建议

         

摘要

The purpose of information technology curriculum in senior high school is to promote students to develop the discipline core literacy of information technology. The curriculum evaluation should be based on the discipline core literacy of information technology curriculum. However, the curriculum evaluation of core literacy is a new evaluation, which is different from the previous curriculum evaluation. Based on the research on the evaluation of information technology core literacy of high school in the process of revision of curriculum standards, this paper puts forward some advices on evaluation objectives, evaluation principles, types and contents of academic quality evaluation, evaluation programs. The direct objective of information technology curriculum evaluation oriented to discipline core literacy should be judging students’ learning effect of discipline core literacy. In terms of the evaluation method, both the learning result and the learning process should be taken into account. The evaluation criteria should take into account both the ability and the foundation. The evaluation situation should be scientiifc and reasonable. The key to form a perfect evaluation program is to choose the appropriate evaluation content, formulate the reasonable evaluation standard and the feasible evaluation method, and develop the effective test question according to the need of the evaluation, the description of the curriculum core literacy and its level in the curriculum standard.%高中信息技术课程的任务在于促进学生形成信息技术学科核心素养,课程评价也应基于信息技术学科核心素养展开。然而,面向学科核心素养的课程评价是一种全新的评价,与以往的课程评价具有巨大差别,该文基于课标修订过程中的高中信息技术学科核心素养测评研究工作,在评价目标、评价原则、学业质量评价的类型与内容、评价方案的制定等方面对高中信息技术课程评价提出指导性建议。面向学科核心素养的信息技术课程评价,要以判断学生的信息技术学科核心素养养成情况为直接目标,在评价方法上兼顾学习结果与学习过程,在评价标准上要同时兼顾能力与基础,评价情境的创设要科学合理,要根据评价的需求、课标对信息技术学科核心素养及其等级水平的描述,选择恰当的评价内容,制定合理的评价标准和可行的评价方式,并命制有效的学科核心素养测评试题。
