“互联网+”时代高校卓越教师的核心特征

         

摘要

The Integration of the Internet and higher education in China has embraced the era of “Internet +”, when university teachers have to reconsider their roles both in and out of classrooms. This paper discusses the key characteristics of the best university teachers in China based on the background of “Internet +” Education. First of all, the best university teachers hold ifrm beliefs in the profession of teaching, stick to the professional ethics, have a clearer professional identity, and also show their particular dignity in the world of the Internet. In terms of their knowledge and skills, they are familiar with technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK), equipped with media and information literacy, and good at instructional design and educational research. Moreover, the best university teachers are effective communicators with peers, colleagues and students. They are also model learners in the Information Age. Finally, as for their daily life, they have healthy habits of living and also lead a happy life in the world empowered by the Internet.%“互联网+”时代高校卓越教师在专业精神、知能结构、学习方式、人际沟通与教师生活五个层面都反映了新的时代特征。专业精神层面,卓越的高校教师具有坚定的理想信念、高尚的师德修养、更强的职业认同和网络人格魅力;知能结构层面,他们能掌握适应数字化新生态的学科教学知识和信息化教学设计方法,具备良好的媒体信息素养和基于互联网的教育研究能力;人际沟通层面,他们善于发挥互联网的优势,与社会成员、教师同行及学生开展高效沟通;学习方式层面,他们以“学习型人生”为理念,善于自我调控和反思,积极规划专业人生;教师生活层面,他们坚持健康的互联网生活方式,保持着教师特有的幸福感。
