天津高校大型仪器设备开放与共享状况调研及发展对策研究

摘要

Raising the level of opening and sharing large equipment in colleges and universities plays an important role in promoting scientiifc and technological innovation, production and construction in a region. This paper has carried on the investigation of large equip-ment opening and sharing condition to the Tianjin Universities, in view of existent problems, proposed some concrete counter-measures.%提高高校大型仪器设备的开放与共享水平，对促进一个地区的科技创新、生产建设具有重要作用。对天津高校大型仪器设备的开放与共享状况进行调研，针对其中存在的问题，提出一些具体的对策。
