浙江省高校大型仪器设备开放共享现状调研与思考

摘要

As the large-scale instruments and equipment are expensive and scarce,the opening and sharing and the utilization performance of such instruments and equipment have been the focus of attention of the administrative sectors at all levels and the teachers.The investigation and research show that university large-scale instruments and equipment in Zhejiang province have been widely used in scientific research,talent cultivation and social service work,but there are some problems that the management organization is not in place,the investment is unreasonable,the mechanism is not perfect,which leads to the low utilization rate of large-scale instruments and equipment,the technical management power is weak,etc.The suggestions are put forward for promoting the open sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment and improving the utilization rate of such instruments and equipment by taking the measures such as the clear subj ect definition,scientific planning,platform establishment,team construction,policy guidance,etc.%大型仪器设备价值昂贵、资源稀缺,开放共享及利用绩效一直是备受各级管理部门和教师关注的热点.调查研究表明,浙江省高校大型仪器设备虽已广泛应用于学校的科学研究、人才培养和社会服务工作之中,但管理上组织不到位、投入不合理、机制不健全,导致大型仪器设备单机利用率不高、机组管理技术力量薄弱等问题,建议通过明确主体、科学规划、搭建平台、队伍建设和政策引导等措施,以促进大型仪器设备开放共享、提高大型仪器设备利用率.
