高职学前教育专业人才培养模式的构建--以济宁职业技术学院为例

摘要

在高职“校企合作、工学结合”的人才培养理念的指引下，学前教育专业结合本专业实际构建了“双环境育人，三阶段交叉”的学岗直通人才培养模式，即校企合作育人才，学做三阶段交叉递进，培养高素质技能型的幼儿教师。%With the guide of the Higher vocational education talent training theory “college-enterprise cooperation ,work-integrated learning”, the preschool education major Combining the reality of the major structures“Double education environment, Three stages of cross” personnel training mode, it means college-enterprise cooperation educates talents , work-integrated learning three phase cross progressive to Cultivate high-quality skilled Preschool teachers’ .
