边疆民族地区高职五年制医学检验技术教学改革初探

摘要

Because of the limits on economic condition, the ethnic minority area in the borderland with weak basic education is relatively poor quality of students and faculty, so it is the common purpose of region's People in the medical test how integrate local all available medical resources as teacher resources to improve the quality of education on Five-year Medical Laboratory Technology, for training Medical tests and technical personnel iftting in with the needs of native area.%边疆民族地区由于受经济条件的限制,其基础教育环节比较薄弱,当地医学高职院校五年制医学检验技术专业生源质量相对较差,并且师资力量也有诸多不足之处,所以如何整合当地一切可利用的医疗资源作为教学资源以提高五年制医学检验技术专业教学质量,为本地区培养适用型医学检验技术人才,成为本地区医学检验人士共同奋斗的目标.
