基于PT100铂热电阻温度传感器设计

摘要

Thermal resistor of PT100 is a common temperature mea-suring tool. Its resistance value is temperature-dependant. Thus it is widely used in the measurement and control of temperature para-meter in industrial processes. This essay is on the design of tempe-rature sensor based on the thermal resistor of PT100, changing its resistance value according to temperature change of surrounding environment and outputting the corresponding voltage through elec-tric circuits. In the design added a preset comparison circuit which can give an alarm when the temperature is out of range.%PT100铂热电阻是常见的温度测量工具，其阻值会随温度的变化而改变，被广泛应用于工业过程温度参数的测量和控制。设计基于PT100铂热电阻的温度传感器，根据周围温度的变化改变铂热电阻大小，通过电路输出对应的电压信号，加入预设值比较电路，可以将当前温度是否超出范围进行报警。
