边远地区中小型医院PACS建设的经验与建议

摘要

PACS系统的设计与实现是实现数字化医院的关键,是医院信息化建设的重点和热点.但PACS系统建设投资巨大,周期较长,因此,医院管理者和信息系统建设者应该对其建设中的问题有一个充分的认识,才能保证系统最终顺利实施.根据解放军第五十九中心医院户ACS系统实施的过程与体会,描述医院PACS系统的构建原则和目标、实施方案和应用的效果,着重介绍了PACS实施的经验和体会.通过PACS系统,医院实现了数字化、网络化和无胶片的医学影像诊断与管理,提高了诊疗质量和效率,同时也满足了临床科室的日常工作与科研需求.%The construction and realization of PACS is the key for the informationization and digitalization of hospital.But the construction of PACS requires huge investment and a long period of implementation In order to realize PACS successfully,the manager and the engineer of the hospital should have abundant cognition of the potential problems during it's implementation The article introduces the principle and target of the construction of PACS system, the schema of implementation and the efficiency,especially the experience and suggestion The PACS system realizes the digital, networking and the non film medical image diagnosis and management, improves the quality and efficiency of diagnosis as well as treat, also feeds the requirements of clinical departments in daily working and research
