患者主索引的互联互通整体设计与探索

摘要

通过介绍主索引管理的发展与现状,阐述搭建全院级主索引互联互通的整体架构设计的必要性,并介绍了通过全院级主索引平台各个系统之间数据交换的过程.整理北京协和医院主索引多途径建立流程,提出解决患者多主索引信息的方法——多ID合并,并取得良好的应用效果.%Through the introduction of development and present situation of main index management, this paper explains the necessity of building the interconnected overall architecture design of hospital-level main index, and introduces the process of data exchange among different systems through the hospital-level main index platform. The multi-path establishing process of the main index of Peking Union Medical College Hospital is arranged. The solution to multiple primary index information of patients is proposed, which is multi-ID combination, and good application effect is achieved.
