浸润性宫颈癌运用多层螺旋CT和MRI进行术前分期的临床价值

Objective:Evaluate the clinical value of multi slice spiral CT and MRI in preoperative staging of invasive cervical cancer. Method:From January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital and was diagnosed as invasive cervical cancer by pathological examination, a total of 61 cases, multiple spiral CT and MRI detection, staging results were compared. Result:For patients with grade II, III and IV cervical cancer, the diagnostic accuracy of MRI was higher than that of multi-slice spiral CT, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:For patients with suspected invasive cervical cancer FIGO clinical stage, the optimal choice of MRI, when necessary, can be combined to improve the accuracy rate.%目的:评估浸润性宫颈癌运用多层螺旋CT和MRI进行术前分期的临床价值.方法:于2015年1月-2016年1月在医院就诊并经病理学诊断为浸润性宫颈癌患者,共61例,行多层螺旋CT和MRI检测,进行分期结果比较.结果:对于Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期宫颈癌患者,MRI的诊断符合率高于多层螺旋CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对怀疑浸润性宫颈癌的患者进行FIGO临床分期时,最优选择MRI,必要时可联合应用,提高准确率.
