目的：检索基于电子病历的SCI论文，分析当前该主题的相关研究方向。方法：对Web of ScienceTM核心合集数据库中基于电子病历的SCI论文进行文献计量学分析，统计频次大于85次的高频主题词在同一文献中的出现频率并生成共现矩阵，使用SPSS对矩阵进行聚类分析，对各类文献内容分析进而获得该主题的研究方向。结果：检出2013年至今基于电子病历的SCI论文2337篇，高频主题词18个，通过聚类分析获得该领域两大类、七个主要研究热点。结论：近年来有关电子病历的SCI论文主要包括两大类七个方面。其中一类是利用电子病历提供的信息开展医疗健康领域的研究与应用，另一类是对电子病历进行评估、创新和开发。%Objective: To present the hot topics on research by analyzing related literatures. Methods: SCI Article related to were searched in Web of Science database, and the medical subject headings (MeSH) of these articles were downloaded. The MeSH terms with appearing frequencies over 85 times were intercepted as high- frequencies descriptors. The frequencies of these descriptors in the same article were calculated to form a word co-occurrence matrix. Clustering was done on the matrix by SPSS software. Results:A total of 2337 articles related to Electronic Medical Records were searched out. Eighteen descriptors appeared over 85 times. Seven focal researches were obtained by clustering the 18 high-frequency descriptors. Conclusions:The focal researches abroad on Electronic Medical Records are mainly focused on the topics like induced epidemiological investigation, health and disease mortality risk, diagnosis and management, Children's disease, clinical decision and medical risk warning, medical care, the impact of EMR.
