目的:输血信息化闭环管理模式实施后可保证安全输血,规范用血流程,并防止差错发生.方法:对肿瘤病房2015-2016年发生的输血不良事件进行统计分析.结果:实施输血闭环管理模式,针对临床输血关键环节中的标本采集、标本交接、血液交接、输血前核对以及输血不良反应的发现与处理五个环节进行闭环管理后,输血不良事件的发生率由0.13%降至0.03%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:输血信息化闭环管理模式的实施使病房用血更规范化、合理化,并避免输血不良事件的发生,保证用血安全.%Objective:The implementation of the closed-loop blood transfusion informatized management model can ensure safe blood transfusion,standardize the blood flow,and avoid errors.Methods:Make statistical analyses of adverse blood transfusion events occurred in the tumor ward between 2015 and 2016.Results:Clinical blood transfusion has five key links,namely,specimen collection,specimen transfer,blood transfer,pre-transfusion check and the discovery and treatment of adverse transfusion reaction.Implement the closed-loop blood transfusion management model,after closed-loop managements of the above four links,the incidence of adverse blood transfusion was reduced from 0.13% to 0.03%,which is statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of closed-loop blood transfusion informatized management model can make the ward more standardized and rationalized,and can avoid the occurrence of adverse blood transfusion events,so as to ensure use blood safely.
