3D打印技术在儿童先天性脊柱侧凸矫形中的应用初探

     

摘要

目的:探讨3D打印技术在儿童先天性脊柱侧凸患者治疗中的临床应用效果.方法:采集12例先天性脊柱侧凸患儿的薄层(0.5mm)CT扫描数据,进行数字化三维重建和快速成型,在模型上进行模拟手术,并将其应用于诊治、手术规划和术中参照.结果:平均随访12个月.所有患儿均在3D打印实体模型指导下完成手术,手术过程顺利.12例患儿术中所见与术前数字化三维重建和3D打印实体模型的畸形结构变化一致.结论:3D打印技术能够准确和直观地反映儿童先天性脊柱侧凸的立体形态和解剖结构的空间关系,适应了儿童脊柱手术个体化要求,可在术中实现术前设计,缩短了手术操作时间,提高了手术安全性,临床效果满意.%Objective: To investigate the application of 3D printing technology in the treatment of congenital scoliosis. Methods: The data of CT scans of 12 patients suffered from congenital scoliosis were used for 3D reconstruction and the 3D printing models of the spine were applied to clinical practice. The operations were simulated and designed on the 3D printing models. Results: The average follow-up time were 12 months. All operations were performed successfully under the guidance of 3D printing models. Conclusion: The 3D printing technology applied in the treatment of children with congenital scoliosis could reflect the detailed three-dimensional shape of complicated deformity exactly and directly, which is helpful for diagnosing and operation planning.
