基于PACS-HIS系统的影像教学及评估数据库的建立

Objective: Through the establishment of the image teaching and evaluation database based on the PACS-HIS system, to explore ways to improve the imaging diagnostic ability of medical interns and physicians participating in compliance training. Methods: Based on the PACS-HIS system, the typical complete image data of clinical confirmed cases (X ray, CT, MRI) are collected, a database is established, and the cases arerandomly extracted from the database for teaching and research. Results: With the image teaching and evaluation database based on the PACS-HIS system, the teaching can be effectively implemented, and the learning interest and learning effect can be improved. Conclusion: The establishment of the image teaching database based on the PACS-HIS system can overcome the advantages of traditional multimedia teaching, improve students' interest in learning, cultivate students' diagnostic thinking, cultivate high-quality image talents for modern medicine, and meet the needs of clinical work and scientific research.%目的:通过建立基于PACS-HIS系统的影像教学及评估数据库,探索提高医学实习生及规培医师影像诊断能力的方法.方法:基于PACS-HIS系统,收集临床确诊病例的典型完整影像学资料(X线,CT,MRI)建立数据库,从数据库随机抽取病例用于教学、考察.结果:利用基于PACS-HIS系统的影像教学及评估数据库可高效实施教学,提高学习兴趣及学习效果.结论:建立基于PACS-HIS系统的影像教学数据库,在解决传统多媒体教学弊端的同时,可提高学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的诊断思维,为现代医学培养高素质影像人才,满足临床工作和科研需要.
