Objective:To improve the efficiency of management of complaints and disputes by means of information technology and methods.Methods:An management system for complaints and disputes was developed base on B/S architecture and the PHP to meet the needs of department of medical social work.Results:The complaints and disputes management system can query the data in real time and realize the dynamic report statistics.It has replaced the original manual record.Conclusion:The system implements the whole process supervision of complaints and disputes,which has long-term guiding significance in the work of hospital management.%目的:探讨应用信息技术和方法,提高投诉与纠纷管理的工作效率的解决方案.方法:基于B/S架构和PHP技术,设计研发满足医疗社会工作部需求的投诉与纠纷管理信息系统.结果:研制开发的医院投诉与纠纷管理系统代替了原有的手工记录的方式,能够对数据进行实时查询和动态性的报表统计.结论:实现了投诉与纠纷的全流程监管,在医院管理工作中具有长远的指导意义.
