Objective: In the form of mobile phone App, to help patients to obtain related nursing information in real time with multiple channels. At the same time, medical staffs can learn patient's ilness recovery conveniently, compare with continued nursing feedback data obtained by telephone folow-up, and understand the effect of different ways of folow-up on postpartum nursing and recovery. Methods: Feedback data under different ways of follow-up is collected and organized. There are 150 questionnaires for each folow-up method. The satisfaction of convenience, effectiveness, efficiency and other aspects of the folow-up are scored in the questionnaire, and summarized by age. Results: The age in the questionnaire is mainly 25-30. After scores of satisfaction of follow-up method, satisfaction of obtaining of nursing knowledge, postpartum recovery are summarized, it is shown that data results of the App follow-up method are better than those of the telephone follow-up method. Conclusion: App follow-up feedback results are relatively good, because App follow-up has advantages in many aspects. The continued nursing can be completed whenever and wherever possible; related accurate and comprehensive nursing knowledge is obtained, which can better help with laying-in women, etc.%目的:以手机App的方式,帮助患者实时多渠道的获取相关护理信息,同时医护人员便捷的了解病患的病情恢复情况,并与电话随访延续护理反馈数据进行比对,了解不同的随访方式对产后护理恢复情况的影响.方法:搜集并整理不同随访方式下的反馈数据,各150份.将问卷中随访的便捷性、有效性、效率性等方面满意程度打分,按照年龄段汇总.结果:此次问卷的年龄段主要集中在25-30岁之间,对三个方面:随访方式满意度、获取护理知识满意度、产后恢复情况问题分值汇总后,App随访方式的数据结果都好于电话随访方式.结论:APP随访反馈结果较优,是由于App随访有多方面的优势:随时随地都可以完成延续护理;获取相关护理知识的准确性和全面性更好的帮助产妇等.
