广电网络集团管控体系建设的思考和建议

The construction of the management and control system is the important object what collectivization enterprises would be faced.Radio and television network integration is a national strategy.Up till now,most of the provinces integrated or had a basic provincial integration,became culture groups.Establishing scientific and effective group management and control system is the urgent and realistic problems in the development of our industry.According to the information,the paper proceeds from group enterprise management theory and combines the reality of radio and television enterprises and proposes thoughts and suggestions to the rule and main framework of the radio and television network group management and control system.%管控体系建设是任何一个集团化企业必须面对的重要课题，建立科学高效的集团管控体系已成为行业发展紧迫且现实的问题。根据掌握的情况，从集团化企业管理理论出发，结合广电网络企业实际现状，提出了对广电网络集团管控体系建设应遵循的原则和主要架构的思考及建议。
