南方地区某牧场荷斯坦牛泌乳期乳成分及主要物理指标分析

摘要

Milk yield and component content of Holstein cows under intensive feeding in south China were detected, and the effect of different lactation stages, parity and milk yield on conventional milk composition was analyzed in this study, which was aimed to study the change law of conventional milk composition and related index.The results showed that: the southern Holstein cattle in different lactation stages throughout the lactation period and different levels of milk production of milk composition and acidity in milk had a signiifcant effect, and the changes in each component content in milk was closely related to the stage of lactation.%本研究测定了南方地区某集约化牧场部分荷斯坦泌乳牛一个完整泌乳期内的产奶量及常规乳成分，分析了不同泌乳阶段、不同胎次以及不同产奶量对常规乳成分及主要物理指标的影响，目的是探索常规乳成分的变化规律。结果表明，不同泌乳阶段、不同产奶量水平对乳中常规乳成分及密度、冰点都具有显著影响，各乳成分含量变化密切相关。
