α1-酸性糖蛋白与奶牛隐性乳房炎的相关性分析

         

摘要

In order to analyze the relationship between the changes of the content of alpha 1- acid glycoprotein, mastitis and whey in different stages, we selected 10 healthy cows and 30 different disease severity (light, medium and heavy) in subclinical mastitis milk samples as test animal, the content of alpha 1- acid glycoprotein were determined in whey samples using alpha 1- acid glycoprotein ELISA kit. The experimental results showed that the content of a 1- acid glycoprotein in cow mastitis whey group was significantly higher than that in healthy dairy group (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and with the increase of mastitis disease and milk somatic cell count, the content of a 1-acid glycoprotein in whey showed an increasing trend. Research results suggest that the extent of the disease has certain correlation with the content changes of 1- alpha acid glycoprotein, the content was positively related to alpha 1- acid glycoprotein and whey somatic breast lesions caused by mastitis and milk SCC.%为了分析奶牛隐性乳房炎的不同发病阶段与乳清中α1-酸性糖蛋白含量变化之间的关系,本试验选取10头健康奶牛和30头不同发病程度(轻、中、重)隐性乳房炎患牛作为试验动物,采用α1-酸性糖蛋白ELISA检测试剂盒测定各组乳清样品中α1-酸性糖蛋白的含量,对α1-酸性糖蛋白与奶牛隐性乳房炎的相关性进行分析.结果显示,隐性乳房炎组奶牛乳清中α1-酸性糖蛋白的含量显著或极显著高于健康组奶牛(P<0.01或P<0.05),且随着奶牛隐性乳房炎病情的加重及乳中体细胞数的增加,乳清中α1-酸性糖蛋白的含量呈现出递增趋势.研究结果提示,乳清中α1-酸性糖蛋白的含量变化与奶牛隐性乳房炎的发病程度具有一定的相关性,乳腺炎症引发的乳腺损伤及乳中体细胞数增加与乳清中α1-酸性糖蛋白的含量呈正相关.
