上海地区奶牛乳房炎致病菌基因诊断结果分析

         

摘要

This study focused on analysis the main pathogenic bacteria of Shanghai dairy farms by PathoProof mastitis PCR diagnosis technology, and to provide the experimental basis for further control of mastitis. Totally 777 mastitis milk samples were collected in 38 dairy farms. The results indicated that, the number of positive samples was 763, and the detection rate was 98.2%. The number of pathogenic bacteria kind was 12. Cross infection by 3 and 4 bacteria were more common, and the accumulative detection rate was 54.3%. The highest detection rate of 3 kinds of pathogenic bacteria were Streptococcus agalactiae, Coagulase-negative staphylococci and Corynebacterium bovis, those were all contagious pathogenic bacteria, and the detection rate was respectively 84.4%, 67.37% and 59.5%. Escherichia coli and Prototheca sp. were the main environmental pathogenic bacteria.%本研究通过PathoProof乳房炎PCR诊断技术,对上海地区部分乳房炎患牛进行致病菌基因诊断,分析主要致病菌种类,为牧场进一步防控乳房炎提供试验依据.本研究共采集了38个牧场777头乳房炎患牛的奶样,结果显示,检出致病菌样品763个,检出率为98.2%;致病菌检出种类共有12种;交叉感染3种和4种致病菌较为普遍,合计占比54.3%;检出率最高的3种致病菌为无乳链球菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、牛棒状杆菌,检出率分别是84.4%、67.37%和59.5%,均是接触感染性致病菌或兼有菌;大肠杆菌、原壁菌属是最主要的环境性致病菌.
