几种药剂对辣椒枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum)的毒力测定

摘要

采用菌丝生长速率法进行了5种药剂对辣椒枯萎病菌的毒力测定.结果表明,所采用的5种药剂均对辣椒枯萎病菌有抑制作用.药剂EC50大小顺序依次为甲霜·噁霉灵＞噁霉灵＞百菌清＞科佳＞腐霉利,其中甲霜·噁霉灵最高为19.4 mg·L-1,腐霉利最低为5.4 mg·L-1.%The toxicity to S fungicides to pepper Fusarium oxysponm was determined by mycelia growth inhibition method. The result showed that 5 fungicides all inhibited mycelia growth of pepper Fusarium oxysporum. The EC50 order of 5 fungicides was hymexazolmetalaxyl > hymexazol > chlorothalonil > 1H-Imidazole-l-sulfonamide > procymidone. Among the five EC50,the highest EC50(19.4 mg·L-1) was observed from hymexazolmetalaxyl,the lowest EC50(5.4 mg·L-1) was observed from procymidone.
