进一步重视先天性免疫系统的应用研究

摘要

过去10年间先天性免疫发生了巨大的发展.这是基于对先天性免疫识别机制、信号通路的进一步了解,此外对先天性免疫与适应性免疫间的相互作用的进一步认识也促进了这一过程的发展.并且随着组学检测、基因编辑、人工智能等新技术的快速发展,在接下来的10年,先天性免疫将会迎来更多的发展.本文对近些年来新发现的关于先天性免疫的研究及临床研究进行简要评述.%The field of innate immunity has undergone tremendous progress during the past 10 years.This is based on the further understanding of the pathways and mechanisms of innate immune recognition as well as the interaction of innate and adaptive immunity.With the rapid development of new technologies such as histology detection,gene editing and artificial intelligence,in the next decade,many developments of innate immunity can be expected.We will review the recent research and clinical trial on innate immune in this paper.
