Objective To explore the recent curative effect of drilling decompression autogenous cancellous bone implant treatment of early FHN. Methods Analyzing the 45 cases who had early FHN from January 2008 to January 2013, 45 patients adopt the drilling decompression autogenous cancellous bone graft. Harris scores before and after treatment on the joint pain, activity, daily life ability and the ability to walk. Results The joint pain, mobility, daily life ability and the ability to walk score comparison before and after treatment, the statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion Drilling decompression autogenous cancellous bone implant in treatment of early FHN has significant curative effect, and it also can improve joint function, worth clinical promotion.%目的:探讨钻孔减压自体松质骨植入治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死的近期临床疗效。方法分析本院自2008年1月~2013年1月收治的45例股骨头坏死患者,全部采用钻孔减压自体松质植骨。采用Harris评分对治疗前、后关节疼痛、活动度、日常生活能力及步行能力进行评价。结果治疗前、后关节疼痛、活动度、日常生活能力及步行能力评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钻孔减压自体松质骨植入治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死,疗效确切,改善患者关节功能,值得临床推广。
