手术室护理不安全因素分析以及预防措施研究

摘要

Objective To analyze the unsafe factors of nursing in operation room and corresponding prevention measures. Methods In our hospital were analyzed on the unsafe factors found in 2012 May ~2013 May operation room nursing work, at the same time, based on the unstable factors corresponding prevention measures. Results Through the analysis of insecurity factors of nursing in operation room the selected in specific factors, the unsafe factors are divided into the following categories of factors, nursing technology and management, and on the basis of the above problems and puts forward the corresponding preventive measures, which can significantly reduce the risk in nursing in operation room, enhance the overall quality of hospital. Conclusion Enhancing operation room management system, improve the overall technology and the level of nursing staff, strengthen communication between nurses and patients and so on a series of measures, can effectively reduce the occurrence probability of operation room nursing insecurity, but also reduces the chance of doctor-patient disputes.%目的：分析手术室护理不安全因素以及相应的预防措施。方法对我院2012年5月～2013年5月间手术室护理工作中…发现的不安全因素进行分析，同时依据各项不安全因素制定相应的预防措施。结果通过对本文所选的手术室护理中…存在的不安全因素进行分析，具体可将不安全因素分为以下几类：护理人员因素、护理技术因素以及管理方面的因素，并依据上述问题提出相应的预防措施，这样能够显著的降低手术室护理中…存在的危险，提升医院的整体质量。结论提升手术室管理制度，提高护理人员整体技术与水平…，加强…护患沟通等…等…一系列措施，能够有效的降低手术室护理不安全因素的出现几率，同时也降低了医患纠纷出现的几率。
