目的：根据我院手术室护理工作中的问题进行研究分析，对护理干预使用效果进行分析。方法此次我院共选取了2011年3月～2012年3月的400例手术患者进行研究，对这些患者的手术资料、术后满意度等进行调查研究，开展手术室护理满意度调查，改进手术室的护理工作，提供护理干预。结果问题调查阶段：调查患者200例，其中发生手术护理不良事件3例，发生率1.5%，手术患者满意度调查中满意152例，占76%；护理干预阶段：调查患者200例，其中手术护理不良事件0例，发生率0%；手术患者满意度调查中满意180例，占90%。结论在手术室中开展护理干预后，可以让手术护理不良事件减少，避免患者的术中、术后疼痛，提升患者的满意度，防止医疗纠纷的发生。%Objective According to the problems in nursing work in operation room in our hospital, we analyze the effect of nursing intervention. Methods A total of 400 patients with surgical patients in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2012 were selected. The surgical data and postoperative satisfaction of these patients were investigated. The nursing satisfaction survey and nursing work in operation room were improved. Results 200 patients were investigated, including 3 cases of surgical nursing adverse events, 1.5%cases, 152 cases of surgical patients satisfaction survey, accounting for 76%, nursing intervention stage:200 cases of patients, among the 0 cases, the incidence of adverse events was 0%, 180 cases of patients satisfaction survey, accounting for 90%. Conclusion The nursing intervention in the operation room can make surgical nursing adverse events to reduce, avoid patients with intraoperative and postoperative pain, improve patient satisfaction, to prevent medical disputes arise.
