目的：研究闭式胸膜活检联合胸腔闭式引流技术在诊断和治疗胸腔积液中的实用性和安全性。方法整理收集我院2014年1～12月收治的胸腔积液住院患者148例，其中100例行胸腔穿刺术及胸水常规等化验；48例患者行闭式胸膜活检联合胸腔闭式引流术，胸膜组织送病理科检查。结果两组患者胸水消失时间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论闭式胸膜活检联合胸腔闭式引流术疗效显著，设备简单，操作简便，且不良反应少。%Objective To study the practicability and safety of closed pleural biopsy combined with thoracic cavity closed drainage in the diagnosis and treatment of pleural effusion. Methods 148 patients with pleural effusion admitted to our hospital from January to December 2014 were collected, among which 100 cases were treated by thoracic drainage and pleural effusion. 48 patients underwent closed pleural biopsy combined with thoracic drainage, pleural biopsy. Results Two groups of patients with pleural effusion were significantly different, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Closed pleural biopsy combined with thoracic closed drainage is effective, simple equipment, easy operation, and less adverse reactions.
